Outlined below are criteria for ordering from the UCF Computer Store:
UCF Departments: Ecommerce accounts are generated using your UCF email (Groupwise) account; your email account can only be associated with ONE department account number. We realize this may be an inconvenience for staff that use multiple account numbers or for account numbers that may have more than one authorized purchaser. We are working to improve this process.
You may also use our web site to search for products and add them to a Store Req form and fax those into the Store.
UCF Students: Ecommerce accounts are generated using your personal email address; please make sure you are entering your email address correctly. Some products require us to validate that you are a current UCF student; please enter you PID into the ‘comment’ section when placing an order so we can verify eligibility.
UCF Employees (Staff & Faculty): When placing a personal order (not a departmental order) please use your personal (not Groupwise) email address. Ecommerce accounts are generated using your personal email address; please make sure you are entering your email address correctly. Some products require us to validate that you are a current UCF employee; please enter you PID into the ‘comment’ section when placing an order so that we can verify eligibility.
Alumni: Alumni may purchase anything from the Computer Store with the exception of academically discounted software & software licenses; this restriction is set by the manufacturer and not the Computer Store. Please use your personal email address when creating an ecommerce account.
Non-UCF Students: Non-UCF Students (community college, FullSail, etc.) may purchase anything from the Computer Store with the exception of Microsoft and Adobe Student Licenses (only currently enrolled/employed UCF students, staff & faculty may purchase these products). You may purchase academically discounted BOXED products from Microsoft & Adobe.
